What payment options are available on Wish?

Wish supports these payment methods: UMPAY, PayEco, AllPay, Payoneer, PayPal, LianLian Pay, or PingPong. Learn about each payment option and how to change your payment provider below.

UMPAY

Charges: 0.4% (deducted from the total payment amount).
Receive payments to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
You must have a mainland China bank account (debit account).
No UMPay account is required.
No currency conversion fees (conversions are done using UMPay’s cooperative bank’s real-time exchange rate).

PayEco.

Charges: 1.2% of your payment.
You will be paid directly in CNY.
Receive payments within several business days.
You should have a bank account in China.
Payment should be arranged on the 1st and 15th of each month.

AllPay

Fees charged: 0.8% of your payment.
Payment will reach your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
An individual debit or savings account in mainland China is required. AllPay supports all types of banks in mainland China.
Currency conversion is done using the favorable exchange rate of our partner bank (Ping An Bank) at the time of payment. There is no additional charge for currency conversion.

Payoneer

Payment is instantly transferred to your Payoneer Account in U.S. dollars.
Withdraw funds from your Payoneer Account in your local currency (CNY, EURO, etc.).
Withdrawing money from your Payoneer Account to your bank takes several business days.
Use your existing Payoneer Account or create one to use this payment option.
The payment should be made on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Mainland China Accounts

Attractive tiered withdrawal fees for Wish sellers with high income (from 1% or less).

International accounts

1 % to 2.75 % of the fee is charged, depending on your region. On average, the price is 2%.
PayPal
Fees: 0.1%.
The service fee is deducted from the total amount of the payment.
Receive payments in U.S. dollars in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Please note that PayPal is only available to merchants whose local currency code is USD. Merchants whose local currency code is set to CNY and who currently receive USD payments will also be able to use their PayPal account to receive payments.
Use your existing PayPal account or create a new one.

PingPong

Charges: 1% or less (no hidden costs).
Existing PingPong users can start accepting payments with just a few clicks (new users must set up an account).
It can take up to 6 business days for a complete transfer of funds to your local bank account.
Fees are charged at the time of withdrawal.

LianLian Pay

Fees: 0.75% or less charged upon withdrawal
Receive payments to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
Fast withdrawal and transparent F.X. rate
Account management on P.C. and mobile
You will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How to update your payment settings

To establish or change your payment settings, click on Account> Payment Settings. You can choose (UMPAY), PayEco, AllPay, Payoneer, PayPal, LianLian Pay, and PingPong.

For UMPAY, you must enter the bank name, recipient name, account number, phone number, and I.D. number. Accounts must be debit accounts registered in mainland China.

For PayEco, you must enter your bank information. This will include your bank’s city, name, branch, recipient, and Account number.

For AllPay, you must enter your bank information. This will include the city, name, branch, recipient, bank account number, and I.D. number.

For Payoneer, you need a Payoneer account. You can use your existing account or create an account when changing your method.

You need to set the local currency code to USD in your Wish merchant account and a PayPal account for PayPal. If your local currency code is set to CNY, but you currently receive payments in USD, you can also use PayPal to receive payments. You can use your existing PayPal account or create an account.

For PingPong, you need a PingPong account. You can use your existing account or create an account by changing your payment method.

For LianLian Pay, you need a LianLian Pay account. You can use your existing account or create an account when switching your payment method. Merchants operating from China will also need to provide a National ID Number.
